How fast will my Elite Entry order arrive? We offer three shipping tiers across the USA to fit your schedule:

Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders.
When will my order ship? Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and begins its journey to your doorstep.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.
SIZING & FIT
How do I choose the right size? Kids grow fast! To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our Detailed Size Chart [Link] which uses age, weight, and height measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend "sizing up" for extra room to grow.
Do the clothes shrink after washing? Most of our items are pre-shrunk. However, for 100% cotton pieces, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to maintain the "Elite" fit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you and your little ones to love our clothes. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if I receive a damaged item? Quality is our priority. If an item arrives defective, please email us at info@eliteentry.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
